This challenge will run four times per year and each quarterly challenge will start on the same dates: Jan. 1, April 1, July 1, and Oct. 1.

No. Each IsaBody Kickstart 90 Challenge participant must have a unique Member ID associated with their registration. If two people share an account, one of the Members will have to register as an Isagenix  Customer in order to compete in the Challenge.

No. During the evaluation period of the challenge, it is not permitted to undergo body transformation procedures, such as: gastric band surgery, gastric bypass, liposuction, human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), human growth hormone (HGH), or any other similar treatment.

If you are currently following a medical treatment for weight loss, we recommend considering one of the challenge packages available. In any case, it is important to consult your doctor or healthcare professional to determine whether any of these procedures or treatments are appropriate for you.

In Mexico, you must upload your before and after photos within the specified period, meet the minimum spending requirement of $9,600 MXN before taxes, excluding shipping costs (which vary by country), and complete the post-challenge questionnaire.

Mini Challenges will continue to be hosted on Instagram: @isagenix_mx. These Mini Challenges are optional—however, we encourage you to participate as they promote fun, friendly competition. PLUS, the opportunity to win some awesome prizes that are exclusive to people enrolled in an IsaBody Kickstart 90 Challenge. Mini Challenges can include liking and sharing posts on Instagram, performing and sharing videos or images of a wellness-related task, and more!

Participants will only receive (One) $1,925 MXN Product Coupon after the successful completion of their first IsaBody Kickstart 90 Challenge.

Coupons will be uploaded into the participant’s Back Office following the 2-week grace period after the challenge ends.

All purchases made during the challenge registration period and up to its official end date count toward meeting the minimum spending requirement.

Please note that:

• Only the amount of the products before taxes and excluding shipping costs is considered.
• Purchases are assigned to the challenge period in which they are made.
• For example, if you have already met the minimum spending requirement for the Q2 challenge and make a purchase during the registration period for the Q3 challenge, that purchase will be counted toward the Q3 challenge.
• A single purchase cannot be split across different challenge periods.

No. Coupons applied to orders will not go towards the minimum spend requirement. For example, if your order is $1000 MXN and you apply a $250 MXN product coupon to your order, $750 MXN would go towards that minimum spend requirement.

This may occur in the event an order is returned. The amount returned will be deducted from the total amount fulfilled. If the order was purchased for one challenge and returned during the following challenge, the member's account may show a negative balance. The member will be required to make up the difference and the minimum spend requirement in order to have a successful challenge.

The winners, or their sponsors, will be notified by email or phone using the contact information registered in their account once the challenge has officially ended and the review of all participants has been completed.

Afterward, the winners will be announced on social media and, if applicable, during an online or in-person event.

1. Each participant assumes all risk of injury, loss, or harm of any kind arising from participation in or prizes awarded as a result of this Challenge, and Isagenix shall not be responsible or liable for damages of any kind arising therefrom. Participants release Isagenix and its directors, officers, executives, and employees from all risk, harm, loss, injury, or damage that may occur from participating in or resulting from the Challenge.

2. All entries, and any copyrights therein, become the sole property of Isagenix. Entries (photos, supplemental material) will not be returned and may be used in any manner deemed appropriate by Isagenix.

3. Isagenix reserves the right to award additional prizes at the Company's discretion.

4. Isagenix reserves the right not to award all prizes in the event that there are an insufficient number of qualified entries received that meet the minimum standards established by the judges.

5. Odds of winning depend on the number of people entering and completing the challenge.

6. I understand and agree that I will provide the information necessary to complete IRS Form and/or other forms as necessary in my place of residence. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any such taxes and it is my responsibility to consult with my tax advisor to determine any tax liability.

7. A panel of unbiased Isagenix corporate team will select all winners. Final decisions are made by Executive Leadership Team. The decision of the judges with respect to the selection of the winners, and in regard to all matters relating to this Challenge, shall be final.

8. All rules, regulations, and any supporting documents are subject to change without the prior notice.

9. I agree that I have used Isagenix products in conjunction with my physical transformation and will continue to use Isagenix products while participating in the IsaBody Kickstart 90 Challenge. I further agree that I did not, and will not in the future, use similar or competing products from any other company while participating in the IsaBody Kickstart 90 Challenge, nor will I sell or promote any products other than Isagenix products without prior written approval from Isagenix.

10. The use of digitally altered, enhanced, or generated images, whether by artificial intelligence or other means, is strictly prohibited and participants found to have violated this provision are immediately disqualified and not eligible to receive any prizes in connection with Kickstart 90. Participants may be subject to additional disciplinary actions more fully described in the Policies and Procedures.

11. We reserve the right to withdraw a prize or modify the contest terms in the event a violation of the Kickstart 90 Terms and Conditions is discoverd after judging has taken place.   

I hereby grant to ISAGENIX WORLDWIDE, INC, and its respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Licensed Parties”) the right and permission to use, publish, and display my image, picture, and likeness (collectively referred to as “Likeness”), or any material based upon or derived therefrom, for purposes of advertising, promoting and publicizing Isagenix, its products and services, and business opportunities, subject to the conditions below.

The scope of this consent and release will be limited to use of my Likeness by Isagenix and its Licensed Parties for promotional purposes, including but not limited to its website, marketing materials (in both print and digital forms), newsletters, and other promotional materials. Isagenix agrees not to modify or alter my Likeness except to resize and modify the background in images.

I warrant and represent that any Likeness I have provided to Isagenix is authentic, taken on the date represented, and I have not altered it in any manner.

I agree that any Likeness of me, or anything derived therefrom created by Isagenix or the Licensed Parties is owned by them; I waive any editorial approval or right of inspection to such works.

I agree that if I believe that Isagenix or a Licensed Party is using my Likeness in an unauthorized manner, I will notify Isagenix and allow Isagenix thirty (30) days to address the issue before initiating any proceeding against Isagenix or that Licensed Party.

I agree to waive any claim I may have against Isagenix, including that of compensation, arising out of any use or intended use of my Likeness so long as that use or intended use remains in adherence to the provisions within this consent and release.
